Triveni Bio
Develops genetics-informed antibody therapeutics for immune and inflammatory barrier diseases
Triveni starts Phase 1 of TRIV-573, a KLK5/7×IL-13 bispecific for atopic dermatitis, while the protease-only TRIV-509 reads out at end of 2026. Two AD assets, two mechanisms, $200M+ funded.

Triveni is now running both the protease-only and the dual-mechanism bet in atopic dermatitis at the same time. TRIV-509 hits Phase 2 readout at end of 2026. TRIV-573 starts dosing healthy volunteers today and moves to Phase 2 POC later this year. If the protease-only data lands clean, TRIV-573 becomes a combination-on-one-molecule upgrade. If TRIV-509 underdelivers, the bispecific is the fallback that adds IL-13. With more than $200M raised, Triveni can run both reads in parallel.
